Can you remove and refit glass if I’m having bodywork done?

Do you charge for call-outs?

No — call-out charges are included in our quotes unless outside our usual opening hours.

What are your working hours?

Do you work with insurance companies?

Whilst we currently don't work directly with insurance companies, if claiming, you can request to use us as your local technician.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

How long before I can drive my car after a replacement?

Usually 30–60 minutes — we’ll let you know the safe drive-away time on the day.

What should I do if I notice a problem after the repair?

Contact us immediately — our guarantee means we’ll put it right.

What should I do if my windscreen is smashed while I’m driving?

Pull over safely, call us, and if necessary, contact the police or your insurer. We can arrange a safe repair or replacement quickly.
